Hi guys,

There has been an error in the posting times for our challenge post. I was trying to get ahead of the game and get all of the post formatting ready since I have to work tomorrow, and it was supposed to post on April 22 (Friday) but decided that it would be cool if it posted now! Uncool, Blogger!!

We're sorry for any inconvienence this may have caused, and we will still honour any challenge cards that come in - we will do another draw and have two winners for this particular challenge to make up for it.

I hope everyone has a marvelous long weekend!

Here is another blog post from Sue!! Enjoy!!!

The new release for April is a phethora of wonderful Birdhouses! With all the bird noise outside all the Spring feelings came into play. There are so many possibilities that I had a hard time trying to settle on one (for now). This card is in the shape of a birdhouse with the fold at the top. The card is covered with designer paper and the roof is punched along the eaves. The birdhouse stamp I used has 2 joined together so I cut each one out separately and coloured them with prisma pencils and OMS. The ferns in the background are inked with two colours. Small punches flowers are added behind a birch branch I found outside and tied with some raffia. Of course several tons of bling was added just for good measure. The whole to the house was punched with a corner punch usuing a 1 1/2" square of card.

Enjoy the sounds and the smells of the Spring season.

Class Act Challenge #2

Welcome back to another Class Act blog challenge! We are show casing the Class Act Design Team!

Before we get to this weeks challenge blog we like to announce the winner of the Chapel Road - Edge Punch & Blue challenge! Congratulations Deb for your card entry! Please email Carol at sales(at)classact.ca with your choice of a Chapel Road stamp set and address.

This month we have new release images! Yayyyyy!!!! We're welcoming spring with some beautiful Birdhouses! Onto the challenge! This challenge is "Anything But A Card" challenge! This can be scrapbook page, altered item (box, picture frame, ect...).

We are making a change to how you enter our challenges. We are now opening up our challenges to allow anyone to enter using any stamp/image of their choice as long as you follow the weeks challenge! It doesn't have to be a Class Act/Chapel Road stamp, but of course we love to see our stamps used!

Here is the catch........everyone will receive one entry for their card, BUT if you use our Class Act or Chapel Road stamps you will receive an additional entry. SO that gives you two chances to win! The winner of the contest can choose a rubber stamp of their choice from the Class Act line.
